Subscriptions and the content you access through your subscription are for personal use - not commercial. Your subscription is not to be on sold, and you may not on-sell content, reproduce content, or re-publish content without our prior written consent.

If you have purchased an article pack your subscription will not auto renew.

If you have purchased an annual subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for another year at the end of the term. Your subscription will continue to renew at the end of each subscription period until cancelled for any reason. Subscriptions can’t be paused, and must be cancelled before the renewal date to avoid future payments. It’s unlikely, but we may from time to time change the date of our billing to you.

You can cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your ‘My Account’ page. Cancellations do not include refunds for unused portions of the subscription, and will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. In turn, while we don’t offer cancellations, we will ensure you retain access to the content you’ve paid for until the planned expiry of your subscription.

The price of your Subscription includes GST, is noted in New Zealand dollars, and will be confirmed when you subscribe.

Subscriptions are pre-paid at the beginning of your subscription term, using the credit card you’ve provided. We will use the same credit card details to renew your subscription, which will appear on your credit card statement as ‘STRIPE’. If your credit card expires before your payment is made, you may no longer receive access to your subscription.

We may occasionally notify you of a change in pricing. If this happens, it will be before your next bill takes effect, so that you have the opportunity to review your subscription ahead of the change in price. If you don’t cancel, you will be charged at the new price when your subscription next renews.

You are responsible for the details you provide to us – both contact details and payment details. You can update your details any time on your ‘My Account’ page.
